Building is approximately 900 square feet, available weekdays, weekends, and nights until 10 pm.

Fully air conditioned space inside with access to outdoor deck and screened porch with waterfront view! High speed wifi and multiple charging outlets available.

Rental fees apply to building space and deck only; ground rentals are available for weddings with additional fees. Alcohol is permitted during events with permission and appropriate insurance. Refundable security deposit for events with alcohol is $500. All rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
